I grew up between these pine slopes and the water, and for more than twenty years I have been opening the house that carries my name to travellers — slowly turning it into somewhere big groups can actually breathe. I live nearby, so I’m there for the welcome, the boat tips, and the “where do we eat tonight?” question.

Yes. Free private parking on the property is included for all guests. Let us know how many vehicles you are bringing so we can keep the spots free.
Breakfast is not included. Every unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and there is a coffee machine in the room, so most guests make their own start to the day or walk down to a bakery in Dramalj.
Yes, pets are allowed. Please tell us in advance how many animals you are bringing so we can prepare the house and the garden gates.
It depends on the rate you choose. Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb follow the policy shown on those listings; for a direct booking we confirm the terms with you in writing before anything is paid.
Rijeka Airport is about 17 km away and Rijeka itself around 28 km, so most guests arrive by car — free private parking is on site. Send us your arrival time and we will share directions and meet you at the house.

The outdoor pool is seasonal, so it opens for the warmer part of the year — ask us about your dates. The hot tub, BBQ, pool table, table tennis and darts are for house guests, and when you book the whole villa they are entirely yours.
